GHP has grown rapidly in recent years. This requires a new structure and greater management capacity so as to ensure the right focus and decision-making ability. GHP is therefore pleased to welcome Hans Persson in the new role of Business Area Manager for the Nordic Region and Robert Ball as the Business Area Manager for International.
GHP has grown, mainly organically, by 40% over the past three years. There are now two new business areas, Vårdsamverkan and International. In order to ensure that the Group focuses on making the most of the value potential that exists at GHP and continues to be light on its feet, GHP is reorganising the Executive Committee and bringing in new highly-qualified competence.
Hans Persson assumed the role of Business Area Manager Nordic in November. Hans has solid management experience, amongst other things as the CEO of Previa, CEO of Global Medical Investment AB and CEO for Welzorg Sweden.
We see considerable opportunities for continued development within International. GHP has recruited the Australian Robert Ball to lead this work. Robert has lived in the United Arab Emirates for 10 years and during this period he has built up National Ambulance LLC in the United Arab Emirates. Robert has 22 years’ previous experience from the Australian armed forces and he begins his new role in March. Former Business Area Manager, Tobias Linebäck, has assumed a position of external consultant and will continue to support the organisation.
-I am delighted about these two recruitments. Both provide highly qualified knowledge and experience at the same time as they share our basic values and view of how health care should be run. The changed management structure ensures that all our fine clinics receive the support they need, at the same time as we will be able to more clearly focus on all three business areas’ potential and opportunities, says Daniel Öhman, CEO of GHP.
